We purchased this tour and 2 weeks before the tour were informed that Machu Picchu tickets were sold out and if we wanted to visit it, we would have to cancel Humanity Lake or Rainbow Mountain and stay a day in Aquas Calientes and buy the tickets ourselves. We just had to stand in line for an hour. This was a disaster. When we got there with clothes only for one night, the company told us that all tickets are sold out and we have to stay another day.
